Nomentum Labs
Selected through the SPP3 marketplace RFP and executed on-chain after the four-provider cohort. Funding is paid in installments and released by milestone gates rather than a continuous stream.

Tracker's reading of the gate terms
Not committee-adopted. This is the tracker's interpretation of the [7.1] marketplace RFP and the executable proposal. The committee has not adopted it. Binding thresholds are set in the Award Notice, which is not public.
- Q1 active wallets
- Count distinct wallet addresses completing at least one value-transferring action through Grails during the quarter.
- Wallet dedupe
- one wallet counts once regardless of number or type of qualifying actions
- Term secondary volume
- Sum completed ENS secondary-sale consideration attributable to Grails after anti-wash filters and minimum-value rules.
- Open questions
- which wallet role counts and which actions qualify; the term-end measurement window; anti-wash filters (required by RFP but exact filter parameters are not public); minimum value (required by RFP but exact threshold is not public)
A gate remains pending until its measurement is sourced and the committee verifies the result. Missing data is never treated as a miss or a pass. The RFP defines the measurement classes; anti-wash and minimum-value parameters must be frozen before the secondary-volume gate can be scored.
Scope
Operate and develop Grails as a live ENS marketplace and portfolio manager, prioritizing ENSv2 readiness, a registry agent for expiration and portfolio management, a UI/UX redesign, and a native mobile application.
