The public accountability record for SPP3.
SPP3 was authorized by EP 6.42 and its cohort ratified on-chain by EP 6.49: $1,690,000 a year across four providers on a twelve-month term, paid as continuous streams the DAO can verify on-chain. A fifth provider, Nomentum Labs, was selected through the SPP3 marketplace RFP for up to $500,000, paid in installments and milestone gates. Providers report quarterly on the ENS Forum. Stream rates are read from Ethereum. Scopes are quoted from EP 6.49. Commitments are taken from each provider's application until Award Notice Item 5 is confirmed.
Amber diamonds are quarterly report due dates, 30 days after each quarter ends.
