Reports
Each provider owes a Quarterly Report within 30 days of each calendar quarter end, covering progress against the KPIs in their Award Notice, fees received, and how those fees were applied. A public version on the ENS Forum is required by Program Terms clause 6.3, not offered as a courtesy.

Calendar quarters, matching the ensdao/spp convention. SPP2 counted quarters from program start in places and from the calendar in others, and the resulting due-date confusion played out in public. Status above is calculated from the current date and filed-report record.

Each provider keeps one forum thread listing its reports. These are polled daily and a report counts as filed only when its entry points at a real topic rather than a placeholder. A provider with no thread recorded is not watched, and says so here rather than being skipped in silence.
